There are 4 steps to achieving your goals
Step 1: Initiation
The first step of any project is to identify what problem you would like to solve. During this phase we'll review the general goals of your project and discuss the implementation of your ideas.
Step 2: Planning
This step is probably the most important step in the process. During this phase we will:
- Address each distinct feature of the project.
- Identify which features will be needed on "Day 1"
- Create a list of resources that will be needed to complete the project.
Step 3: Execution
During the development process you'll be able to review the project and request minor changes. Since the work has already been scoped out there should be no major revisions at this point.
Step 4: Closure
Once the project is complete, we'll go over the final review of the finished project. At this point everything will be done as stated in the project proposal.
